Job Responsibilities:
–Produce timely and appropriate analysis/insights on oil collection performance – Product, Region, collection etc.
-Stakeholders management – Work closely with stakeholder on action plans and KPIs to meet financial targets and diligent follow-ups on action plans/ tracking KPIs
-Identify revenue opportunities and risk and work closely with stakeholders on plans to manage the risk and further leverage on the opportunities
-Drive business process improvement across the organization – identifying opportunities, risks and monitor progress of process improvements
-Manage reporting deliverables – review actual business performances, monthly & quarterly forecast cycle, annual budgeting and providing variance commentaries, where needed
-Ability to link cost to revenue – how best to optimize the limited resources (incentive and subsidy) to drive revenue
-Support and assist top level management by providing critical commercial advices for decision makings
Job Requirements:
–Bachelor degree in Business Administration or relevant studies.
-Min 1-2 years working experience, candidate with experience in financial analysis will be an added advantage
-Able to think out of the box and provide advice to the sales and admin team
-Leadership material
-Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Excel
-High sense of urgency and agility
