“Either you run the day, or the day runs you.” — Jim Rohn Last Friday, our business support team members across Malaysia, Singapore, and Brunei, came together for another session of the Pentas Flora Excellence Training Series, led by our Head of Strategic & Corporate Communications, @Gunaprasath Bupalan. ⏰ The four-hour session, “Effective Time Management,” explored practical ways to manage priorities and make better use of time, including the Eisenhower Matrix, a simple framework to identify what’s urgent and what’s truly important. But it wasn’t all about frameworks and theory! 😄 Through interactive discussions, games and group activities, our team members had the opportunity to learn from one another, strengthen inter-departmental connections and some fun along the way. 🤗 More importantly, the session reflected a culture we continue to build at Pentas Flora: “different in form, united in spirit.” 🤝 Here at Pentas Flora, we believe in developing our people beyond helping them perform better at work.
