Oil Prices Rise as Supply Risks Intensify

UNITED STATES – Oil prices rose after Yemen’s Houthi rebels said they attacked Saudi Aramco installations in Riyadh and Khurais, sparking new concerns about potential interruptions to one of the world’s main oil-producing regions. Brent crude gained to roughly USD 103.06 per barrel, while WTI rose to USD 91.57, as fresh geopolitical tensions raised concerns about regional supply flows. The development has put energy markets on edge, with possible consequences for refinery costs, fuel prices, and overall industrial running expenses.
