
NEW DELHI – Investment, Trade, and Industry Minister Datuk Seri Johari Abdul Ghani declared from New Delhi that Malaysia is increasing strategic promotional activities in India to expand market access and counter “propaganda” aimed at undermining the commodity’s worldwide reputation. As both countries begin a comprehensive review of their bilateral trade framework to rebalance trade flows, sustainable production, verified supply chain traceability, and strict environmental compliance remain key pillars of Malaysia’s export strategy to secure high-value demand across Indian food processing and oleochemical supply chains.
